You are describing something (as a requirement) that is very hard for many of us to comprehend.

What do you mean when you say your application is "dynamic"?
- Do you mean that you 'construct' the program based on things that users input into a form (or something) that you present to users?

Is your interest here to PROTECT your program from being stolen and used by others?

Perhaps if you could describe what your need/intention is, someone can help. The way it is now I don't think that many people understand exactly what you need to do.
