Just tell me, is the query which you have just written is also generating an error?

Try using

... AND ;
INLIST(vp_warehouse, Shipping_and_receiving_tickets.from_whs, Shipping_and_receiving_tickets.to_whs)
-----------

If still no luck then you have to use UNION query to select using one condition and then union it with other.
