I recently moved from VFP 3 to VFP 5. Now I would like to use the MSCOMM OCX OLE control to send and receive data through serial comm port. I create an OLE control and chose the "MS Comm control" from a list. But the property list for the control doesn't show PortOpen. Then how can I open the comm port? Or anyone has experience doing serial communication, pls help, ASAP. Thank you very much. (if possible, pls indicate the detail steps)
