Yes, ASP could be written in VBScript or in Java-script. Whatever language you feel more comfortable with. I prefer VBScript for server-side scripting as it seems easier for me. For Client-side scripting I'm obliged to use Java-script, since Netscape doesn't support VBScript. If you're sure, your organization and clients would only use IE, you can use VBScript for client-side scripting as well.

It's similar with ASP.NET You can use VB.NET or C#, the difference is only in syntax...
