I don't know, but perhaps this indicates that you might benefit from a major overhaul of your network. For instance, change at least some hubs (in case you use them) with switches, check the electrical installation (for instance, the network cable should not be close to an electrical cable, especially if the electrical cable feeds fluorescent lights), etc. But I don't know whether this will solve the problem.
