Ctrl+Up/Down move the selected item

>I am trying to modify the table properties. I want to group alike fields together. When I click on a moverbar and try to move the field down a coule of lines, I can only go to the very top or very bottom. Is there a way to use the keyboard to move the fields one line at a time?
