My idea is:

- create 1 property for time elapsed;
- create 2 timer.

First timer increase value of property by 1, and second timer shutdown application if the property are a value if you wish. For first and the second timer set the interval 60000 (1’ ).
All control used in you application in MouseMove and KeyPress event should be reset property value to 0.
