I have an application which write any file to the Windows System directory(for instance 'c:\windows\')(Windows 2000).But some windows user does not have access to this 'c:\windows\' dir,but to another system's path.But GetWindowsDirectory function return administrative path('c:\windows\').
With which API function(or another way) may i get this path)?
