Using a long character field containing formatted text (you'd have to use a fixed width font in the report) would work.

Or, your report cursor you can have additional fields to hold the information for the details for the second column. Populating the fields would require a little effort.

For example,

invNum1   invDate1   amount1   invNum2   invDate2   amount2

>Is there a way to have side by side details on a report form? The only way I can think to do it is to have one detail band and then a field populated with an array or formatted text that displays like a detail band. Any ideas?
