I think that the 9-11 incident gave George W. and any president who follows an open license to declare limited or total war any time desired on any pretext and upon any nation. This will all be in the name of “Homeland Security” of course!

The United States now has the perfect enemy and threat to replace the “International Communist Menace. Replace such words as “pinko” or “commie bastard” with “Homeland Security”. That justifies all!
