You can use mixed-mode authentication to allow anyone who knows the account name and password to connect to your SQL Server. This is not very secure, however. Anyone could intercept the packet and see the username and password in plain text.
Alternatively, you can set up VPN. Your remote users will then log into your domain like the users who are physically connected to your network.
