I had been told that if you used the BCC fields to send batch emails then the header of that email could be "hacked" and the full list of recipients found.

Is this true? I've done a test email and tried to look at the properties of the mail to see the BCC details but can't. Is this a secure way to send a "batch" of emails? and does it get blocked by spam filters?
