I gave general recommendation for excel pasting. Sorry i missed your most important issue, the zeros..

Concerning the SHOOE codes (applying to other codes as well), set the format to Excel string char BEFORE pasting in your vfp clipboard (_cliptext).

oRef.Columns(iCount).NumberFormat = "@"
