Many of the dependencies will already be on the PC. It may or maynot help.

I am thinking that there is a mismatched DLL on the server. Maybe, I should try reinstalling Windows 2000 SP3 on it. Do you have any suggestions? Is there a tool out there to check and see if the server has the right DLL versions?
