Alan,

>>I didn't try it because... well... I was chicken.<

hehehe ... yeah, I can see that ... it could be pretty nasty to get *all* messages in *every* forum. You'd sit there waiting for at least 15 minutes for them all to come across. Yuck!!

>>I'm sure he could change the ComboBox to a ListBox so that you could select more than one forum. However, for now, if you select All, it won't get Messages for All forums anyway ... just the ones that you "subscribe" to. There's also an option in the UT PUTM settings (and I forget exactly what it was called) to have a default forum or not. If you have it set up for a default forum, you'll only get the messages for that forum. If not, you'll get messages for all the forums you "subscribe" to.

>>>Morgan, one other thing I thought of that I forgot to mention. In the selection list, of forums, it appears that I can only select one forum (or I can select the option of all forums). Would it be possible to allow the selection of more than one without selecting all? Or am I missing something obvious?

Fields' nose, but I can't see it. Don't see a good way around that for you, but it means that from the standpoint of alerting me to a new posting, it really doesn't help me.

Of course, I can simply put it in the background by bringing some other app forward, but maybe a DoEvents in there somewhere?
