I have given my reasons, repeatedly, for my complaints with France. France's position was more about greed (oil contracts with Saddam), and power (wanting to be a major power again), then anything else. Germany just wanted a piece of the pie. I actually like Hans Blix, and while I don't know why he left out important parts of the "cluster document" during his presentation to the U.N..
