Here's the situation. A customer gets an update of our program along with the SDT support files and they may or may not need to UpDate() on the DBC. They may only need the program updated and would like to keep all the users on the system.

I would like to be able to determine if an update is required prior to copying the DBC, coremeta, SDTxxx and DBCXMgr tables to a directory to determine if an update is required.

Any suggestions.
