Besides making the users change their Desktop Screen Resolution, is there any other updates for the following problem:

Unable to see the report data when scrolling to the right side of the report. Everything off screen remains truncated in preview mode. The report prints, but it cannot be fully previewed.

Changing the screen resolution is not the ideal option for several of my users. I have not seen this problem addressed on the Microsoft Site. I've tried various print drivers but the results were the same. Is this perhaps a video driver problem?
