After you've added the new record in lv_view1, and come back to the calling form and requeried lv_view2, have you compared lv_view2 against the backend table data just to be sure it _really_ has the latest data? I'm suspecting it's out of sync.

When I go back to the calling form, I requery the bizobj of lv_view2 which is the rowsource of my grid. The user may highlight any record in this grid to edit. Then I use lv_view2 bizobj to edit invoice record. But this is the part where I get the error.
