How to make Correct Refreshment on Other users after one user has added a new row??

Currently, I use Op. Table buffering (Value 5) on Update Table!
Is it better to use Pes. Row Buffering (value 2) instead??

Because more than one ppl open the same serveral tables..
e.g. More than one Sales need create New orders....

There are combox, nav. buttongroup... in forms.
Because In case 2 sales access the same orders, later one fail update
, success on error message but... Really have two same vAlue of
key in combox, first is the locked one, 2nd is the fail updated one...
~_~" really strange.... and also the total record number on display!

I remember to set Buffering to Off(Value 1) on Option Menu already...

Another thing is: afraiding error occur in Createobject()
because even adding error handler, it still quit after handler msg!
