Thanks again, Sergey. I was thinking after I posted my message that I should have tried giving it the disk. I suppose I was annoyed that I had to do that.

I gave it the Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business CD that came with my Dell.

I did get a message during the reinstall:

Error 1931. The Windows Installer service cannot update the system file C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VGX\VGX.DLL because the file is protected by Windows. You may need to update your operating system for this program to work correctly.

But when I went ahead it fixed the problem anyway. No message now when I bring up the Class Browser.
