I knew how to do it in DOS and QuickBasic, many(?) years ago. But I don't think Visual Basic will let you do it...You probably have to use C, but that kind of stuff is beyond me right now. I have seen DLL's for Visual Basic 3 which would let you do something like that, perhaps there is one for VB4/5?
