Nope. Actually, 98 was the only Advisor Devcon I've been fortunate enough to attend (so thus easier to remember who I met). I have attended a couple of Visual FoxExpress Devcons since then, which is much smaller.

I hope to get to another Devcon sometime soon. I've considered Whilfest, but I'm waffling a little on that.
