I use a program at work which retrieves formulas for mixing different colours of automotive paint. It uses FoxPro databases, and requires a set of 7 update disks every two to three months to keep up with new colours, and formula revisions.
The files are archived somehow. The disks each contain a "RELEASE" and an "RINSTALL.DAT" file, with an "IFILE" on the first of the 7 disks. I would like very much to be able to transfer the disks into a single directory on a CD.
I am unfamiliar with FoxPro, and I was wondering if this archive format is native to FoxPro. If so, would anyone be able to direct me to a utility that would combine the archives into a single set of IFILE, RELEASE, and RINSTALL.DAT files?
