Good evening to everyone, I know it is very late, but I just got to get this done.

Would someone advise me on how or where to put code for my apps to have a "RUNTIME" mode and a "DEBUG MODE"?

I want them to skip all the security built in for an end user and if I'm updating or re-writing to just let me work without having to go through all the sec. measures.
