Looking for advice or suggestions on Synchronization of information (VFP tables) on several TabletPC's to the Server.

Our organization has made the commitment to have all of our service providers (over 200) use TabletPC’s for data collection as well as information retrieval in the field. Multiple providers can visit the same patient. All TabletPC’s database tables will need to Synchronize to the server Database tables (hopfully daily) by deploying all new or changed records along with Synchronizing From the Server with all changes from other providers for common patients.

Our dilemma is to build an efficient means to Synchronize. Each table in the Database on the TabletPC’s has an Auto Incrementing PK field (VFP8) with Foreign Keys in child tables.

Would be interested in suggestions, past experiences, things to watch out for in building such a routine.
