I did not add anything to msgsvc.dbf. It appeared from the docs that this was only necessary if one wished to use internationalization (I do not). Also, I have not been able to locate a msgsvc.dbf table in which to add a record. I am using the cBizObjNoListMaintForm as the basis, and have confirmed that the rules are being called, as well as the DisplayBrokenRule. Of course, I cannot follow the step into the MsgSvc call.

So would it be correct to say that the MsgSvc MUST be configured in order to use auto display? The doc seems to indicate differently, but I can go track that one down if it is the way to go.
