Tomorrow President Bush will host the annual summit between the US and Europe.

Chris Patten, EU External Relations Commissioner, has some results from a US Thinktank report:

77% of Americans think the UN needs to be strengthened
71% support the International Criminal Court
64% back the Kyoto Protocol
81% believe in multilateral treaties.

Should be an interesting party.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
