Thank you for the error number and link to mskb. I will do search for this error in messages on UT. The mskb you refer to does not seem to apply to my case, as they (the customer) are printing to a default printer. I think the problem is a bug in the printer driver (although they say it is almost a brand new printer). I think I will ask them to download the latest printer driver from the HP site.
