One person did this successfully, but no one else can afterwards - only the first person can do it. We go through the same steps and it acts like it was successful, yet for everyone else the "Join source control project" is still on the File menu and the additional menu item for Source Safe is not on the Project menu like it is for the first person. Any thoughts?
