Well, that's what I heard, unfortunately I can't remember where but I guess it was here in UT.

I didn't mean part of .NET but .NET compliance, that's (AFAIK) you develop your app in VFP and any machine with the .NET Framework can execute your application to say the least (there're other advantages though).
