Would this work?
Header area...
< %
Dim sPar1
sPar1 = 3
Dim sPar2
sPar2 = 3

%>

<script type="text/javascript" src="myscript.asp?Par1=< %=sPar1 & "&Par2=" & sPar2 %>">
...some code...
</script>
There is a space between the < % which should be removed.
