I find it extremely difficult to change the development directory of an ASP.Net Web Service. If I change it directly from the Windows Explorer, the IIS won't be in sync. So, changing it in IIS makes it in sync with the Windows Explorer. However, after having done that, the VS.Net project won't open as it says that something has changed in the directory. What is the best way to change the directory once the project has been created?
