40773, Nabil Ghrayyeb & Arnon Gaz exchanged comments with others on the forum about using pivot tables to export data from VFP into Excel, however no-one commented upon the fact that there is a wizard included under the TOOLS/WIZARDS menu.

I.E. original data is first generasted by SQP in VFP and needs to be pivottabled to work in Excel, instantiating Excel from within the overall VFP program: should be easy'''''''''''

Hi Patricia,
Although pivot works with Excel quite good, it's a pity MS changed object model in Office 97. Now I uninstalled Office 97 to be able to use pivot tables. Like talking to word has also changed somewhat, I think the problem is related with version. Try your case with Office 95 or Excel 5.0.
