>SQL Navigator from Quest (www.quest.com) integrates with VSS. It installs some tables it uses to "lock" code in Oracle. If you go through the interface, it works great. However, as Mark posted, you can still extract the DDL, modify it and run the DDL script while the item is checked out. As long as you have permissions, nothing locks an actual item in Oracle.
