what exactly is a flashing title bar? i know that the title bar colour can be set from the control panel, but what i actually need to do is have one form in an application with a title bar colour of blue for example and another that has a title bar colour of red or green etc. ultimately i would like to use about 4/5 different colours in total

That's the user's option via the control panel. Shouldn't mess them. How about flashing title bar?
