Vince. The project files .pjx/.pjt is just a dbf file with a memo file fpt. The memo file has become corrupted.

See Re: Invalid memo file .fpt Thread #779055 Message #779093 for utilities that can fix the file for you. There may be permanent corruption in which case you will need to restore a previous backup. Also, make a backup of both files before you run these utilities.
