I'm not sure I've completely got you yet, but here's a few solutions for you:

1. Give the buttons the same control id as the container you want them to correspond to.

2. You can manually call the "SetAccessXXX" methods of the buttons programatically to do whatever you want

3. You can add additional OK and Cancel buttons to the form if this fits your needs.
