either put he program name with path (as seen from the start directory) as a parameter on the second page of the link's pageframe (target ? dunno, since I am working on a german OS) or specify different configuration files (usually named config.fpw, but that can be overwritten) on the line.

The second approach is sometimes helpful when working with EXE-compiled programs.
