I take by this problem that the client ["host"] has PCAW configured to use TCP/IP instead of dialup modem? Can you explain how the Primary Support site is connecting to the client site, then how the client has to call back to the support site? In PCAW, you can get through a firewall by opening 2 ports on the router and redirecting them to the TCP/IP address of the workstation running the PCAW Host. These ports are listed in the PCAW help file.

Since the Primary support "guest" is limited to dial-up, the only option I see is for the "host" computer to also use a modem to call back to the guest computer. A PCAW Host that is waiting for a connection can be configured to wait for a TCP/IP connection and a modem connection. It will respond to either. However, as for the call back, I am not sure if you can specify multiple call back methods.

The primary support location is called back using PCAW's "call back" feature. However, the primary support site only uses straight modem access (DSL not available to them yet).
