You could write alot of code to make anything do anything you want, but using the right tool for the job in usually much easier. If there is a conflict between Ctrl-B and Ctrl-Rightarrow then don't use one of them. Personally I prefer using the Alt keys and hot keys in the caption of the buttons that perform the same operation. I duplicate each button';s action in a menu item with that Shrot cut key combination and then I have best of all worlds, buttons, menus, and keyboard stuff. I simply control the enabling and disabling of the menu and the keys are handled for me automatically.
