Founded the best solution. I've created a copy,converted it to grays and point the DisabledPicture button property to that bitmap. Now my buttons look excellent even disabled.

>convert to highcolor .bmp and repaint spaces around pictures with one color. and paint which areas you want to seem in disabled form with color which you use on spaces.
