>Thank you. You've set me on my way. I was able to modify the code slightly and update my Access table from within VFP. Also while using the Object Browser in VFP 7 to browse the ADODB Object model I've located the ADO270.chm file which is "loads" of help. I think I'm on my way to learning ADO.
