Hard question :)
-If used w/o a webbrowser control behaviour is not consistent (thanks to Vlad Gryn... - oh my hard to spell- bringing it up)
-Harder to get object references and work on it
-Menus do not integrate well
-With a webbrowser it's better but you lose menus-toolbars (good side you take the full control)
-And others that I can't remember just now
