We have a place down the street in Santa Clara named “Yuki Sushi”. They have been open for years and I have never been inside. With a name like that who could blame me? :)

Anything with "sushi" in its name would never get me inside the door < s >.

As far as I am concerned, all sushi is yuki < s >.
