Assuming the tables and views are of VFP:

I suggest you should open only the tables which you need in a Data Environment. In case your architecture of your project needs all table need to open. Do That. Though with huge number of tables opend in Data Environment will result in Slow opening of form in design mode.

Another way is writing a code to open the table.


Assuming the Data Source is remote like Oracle/MS SQL:
Fetch as you need.
