You can't. Returning a record set from a stored procedure is not supported. You'll have to pass in your SELECT statement.

Most of them are simply updates, logins, etc. I can't figure out how to return a recordset though. I am connecting to this DB remotely from a C#/ASP.NET client and I would like to create some procedures that will allow me to send back recordsets to a remote client. Can somebody help me with this type of procedure?
