why this is a fault ? If the method is called by code which doesn't TRY to CATCH TO, no error occurs... The docs say nothing about having to avoid properties ...

??? Maybe you mean the localVar ? According to docs, a non-existant var shouldn't be a problem. And it isn't ...

Did _you_ try it with this.oException ? Same behaviour ! My original property-name is this.oLastException - there I found the error ...
