Thinking about this problem over the weekend, I seem to think a reasonable solution would be to have a macro within the Excel spreadsheet that would delete the lines where necessary. The macro could be linked to a button within the spreadsheet. In fact there could be a second macro to reverse the process. I can easily adapt the templates I have to accomodate this. This is perhaps the simplest solution and easy to adapt to other screen sizes as they become available.

I would be interested in hearing your views on this.
