Don't waste your time with those. If you want to work a foreign country you must immigrate first (last easy country for immigration Australia) , than try.
I tried jobs outside from Turkey about 100 times and get only one reply. I didn't understand his questions of one reply (poor English speaking) . :)
If you have some candidates nearby don't look far. before 10-15 years ago this statue was different. In 1990 a firm from USA wanted me in spite of I a new graduaded with a zero English speaking ( now 0.5 :) ).
